Net Control Station Helpers

In the process of evaluating some software, I discovered that there are several popular packages used by net control operators to keep track of net business. I was unaware of most of them. It seems like it would be a good idea to let people know about them, and it would also be a great way to recognize the authors. Here's a list of some of the packages--there may be more:
